Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is a leading, global specialty retailer of apparel and accessories for Men, Women and Kids through 3 renowned brands. Since 1892, the iconic Abercrombie & Fitch brand has outfitted innovators, explorers and entrepreneurs (including JFK and Teddy Roosevelt). Today, the brand seeks to remain true to its heritage of creating expertly crafted products with a modern, effortless, American style.
- Led IA/UX/UI for mobile point-of-sale (mPOS) app between Q1’18 and Q1’20. An estimated +300% growth in revenue between ‘18 and ‘19
- Successfully launched mPOS app in 90% of global store fleet (9 countries, 650+ US stores, and pilots in Asia)
- Immediate associate adoption now accounts for 23% of all peak season sales
- Stores with mPOS app have seen +8% sales growth YOY over non-mPOS stores. App now makes up 40% of all Order-In-Store sales
- Adding an mPOS-based loyalty experience has created +600k new enrollments
- Conducted qualitative user experience research in North America, Europe, & Asia
- Worked on customer-facing Web (WCS) and Native app features
